Terms and Conditions
Please fully read the Terms and Conditions before ordering or having work
completed by E&E Motorsports!! E&E Motorsports will strive to provide our
customer with the best service possible, and we stand behind all of our work.
By having having work completed, or making purchases from E&E Motorsports, you
do agree to our terms and conditions.
Ordering: To order you must fill out the Order Form, and email it to sales@e-emotorsports.com,
or call 678-770-4516 to place an order over the phone.
Payment: For the time being, we are setting up our Online Shopping Cart, Basket, and Credit Card ordering, so we will be unable to to accept Credit Cards. We currently accept all Paypal Payments, you can set up your Paypal account at, www.paypal.com, Money Orders, and Checks. We will soon be setup to accept all most Credit Cards, on our secure site.
If paying with a check, the order will not be processed until the check has cleared the bank, which generally takes 2 to 4 business days. if a check is returned for any reason, the customer will be billed a $35.00 service charge.
Shipping: We ship via UPS only. We only do ground shipping, but express services are available. All packages are insured to their full value. All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, and are shipped out within 2 to 3 days. Once receiving your email order, you will then receive an email back with full purchase price including shipping, within 24 hours. Once shipped you will receive the tracking number via email. If the package seems to be damaged, inspect it in front of the courier. If the item is damaged, and a claim is to be made, do so within 24 hours upon receiving the item.
Prolonged shipping times does not give the right of a cancellation of an order
and refund.
Returns: All sales are final, there are no refunds, a credit will be issued, or an exchange may be made on all returns. There are no returns on used parts, wheels and tires, body kits, and special orders. All returns must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. You must first call and notify E & E Motorsports the return. You will then be given a RAN, Return Authorization Number, which you must write on the Invoice of the item you are returning. E & E Motorsports will not accept any return without a RNA. E & E Motorsports must receive the return within 10 days of the issuance of the RNA. You are responsible for the shipping when returning the item. Be sure to insure the package when returning it, otherwise if the item is damaged, or is lost, you will not receive credit for the item. Original shipping of the item is non-refundable. All returns are subject to a
35% restocking fee.
Sponsorships: E&E Motorsports sponsors many
vehicles, terms of sponsorships do vary. If agreement for sponsorship is
broken for the sponsored vehicle during sponsorship term, E&E Motorsports does
retain the right to charge normal pricing for the work completed, and parts
being purchased. As we discuss with alot of potential sponsorships, if you
cannot fulfill your promise do not begin the sponsorship. A sponsorship is
not a discount program but a promise to help promote the shop you believe is the
best.Special Orders and Group Buys: All
special orders are paid in full and non-refundable. Special Order Parts
are considered are considered all parts not readily available in the US, that
require special circumstances to purchase. Some Special Orders do take
longer than normal amounts of time to be receive, please be patient. Group
Buys are non-refundable, once your payment has been received, you have purchased
the item. Being the conditions of a group buy, the buy must be fulfilled
before the shipment is shipped, so there may be delay times with group buys.
If a group buy take too long to fulfill and at the request of those already paid
wish to disband the group buy, E&E Motorsports will end the group buy. All
group buys are paid in full and there are no refunds.
Legality Issues: Some of the products sold and work
completed at E & E Motorsports are for off-road, or racing use only, and may not be street legal. Please consult your local DOT about the legality issues of any products
or work done to your vehicle that you may be concerned about. E & E Motorsports is not responsible for any damage a product purchased,
or work completed by us may cause to you, your passengers, your vehicle, other people, and or property.
This is a high performance world everybody, plaese be responsible with your
power, speed kills.
Warranty: E & E Motorsports does not cover the manufacturers warranty. All warranty issues are to be taken up with the manufacturer.
E&E Motorsports does fully stand behind all of the work completed by them.
Any problems with work or parts installed need to be addressed with E&E
Motorsports as soon as possible, not another shop. By taking the vehicle
to another shop to have the problem diagnosed you will void your warranty with
our labor and possibly parts.
