E&E Motorsports Drift 240SX

E&E Motorsports Drift 240SX

Well we decided enough was enough, no since in making our daily drivers drift cars, putting them at risk everyday driving them and possible getting hit, or breaking something.  More down time on our cars, and no drift events equals no fun.  Since Marat's drift car went down again, we decided it was time to build a drift only car, to be tailored from event to event, so we won't blow it up playing around in the parking lots around our shop.  So we chose the lonely parts car under the cover, lots of work needed, but a good canidate, a little cancer here and there, but we think she'll get sideways.

Here's the rundown of whats going to be happening and documented on the site in the next couple of weeks, hoping to have it ready by April for a event or 2 before the Qualifiers in May.

We decided to go ahead and use a SR, and chose the S13 Blacktop because it is newer, we will be installing a S15 turbo to push her just over 300 to the wheels, with a FMIC and a few bolt-ons, nothing fancy.  We are going to use a Competition Clutch Stage 5 Clutch to get the power to the rear wheels.  We will leave no suspension piece untouched, they will either be replaced with upgraded units, or we will beef up the factory pieces.  We are going to install a custom roll cage to help hold the chassis tight, and rid it of any flex.  We are going to use the ever so popular 5 Zigen FNO1RC's 17x8's and 17x7's, and a set of Tein HE coilovers.

This about sums it all up, check back weekly for updates.  If you wish to sponsor this vehicle feel free to  email us at info@e-emotorsports.com.
