Motorsports is finally proud to introduce our fully built KA Crate motors, and
turbo setups.
All of our
fully built motors will contain the same bottom end upgrades, but offer
different head packages.

- Engine is fully disassembled
- Engine is Hot-tanked, decked, and checked for cracks
- Block is torque-plated, and bored to 90mm
- Crank is polished, and checked to make sure it is within factory specs
- Freeze Plugs are replaced
- Full rotating assembly is balanced
- Block is reassembled with
- E&E Motorsports custom JE Pistons
- Pauter Rods
- Calico Coatings, coated ACL Race Series bearings
- ARP Head Studs
- Oil pump is checked and made sure to be within factory specs, if not it is
replaced
- Oil relief spring pressure is raised to increase oil pressure
- Full timing assembley is replaced with upgraded OEM units, upper and
lower chains, upper and lower tensioners, upper and lower guides, and cam
sprockets
- Water pump is replace, and NISMO thermostat is installed
- Oil pan is reinstalled with Oil return bung installed for turbo kit

- 3 Angle valve job is completed
- Shims are set to factory specs

- Combustion Chambers are bowl blended
- Exhaust ports are gasket matched

- Head is disassembled, cleaned, and checked for cracks, and reassembled
- 3 Angle valve job is completed

- Head receives a full race port and polish
- Combustion Chambers are bowl blended
- Exhaust ports are gasket matched
- New Ferrea Valvetrain components are installed, 1mm valves on the intake
and exhaust, dual springs with seats, retainers, and locks.

Our KA24DE Turbo setups are one of the most complete turbo setups out on the
market right now to safely run 350 hp on a stock motor up to 450hp on one of our
crate motors. Just by stepping up your engine management, turbo, and
injector size, we can safely pull out upward of 800hp out of one of our Stage 3
full builds.
